Return & Exchange Policy

Please note: We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed.

Returns

All Powerful Mind Club purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns.

If you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or a mislabeled item, please contact us at readbetweenlions@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for sizing issues on eligible apparel items only. Books and posters are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet all of the following requirements:

•       Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date

•       Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant stains, and odors

•       Merchandise must be in its original packaging with the item name, size, and color label intact

•       All tags, including hangtags, must still be attached

•       Items must be in a condition suitable for resale

•       Any item marked Final Sale is not eligible for exchange

•       Books and posters are not eligible for exchange

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these requirements, including any item showing signs of wear.

How Exchanges Work

Once your exchange request is approved through the Exchange Portal, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. A flat $8 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your exchange value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit under any circumstances.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

•       You received the wrong item

•       Your item arrived damaged

•       Your item was mislabeled
