Delivery

When will I receive my order?

It takes 2 to 7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. Shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:

• USA: 3 to 4 business days

• International: 5 to 15 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will ship from the facility best positioned to reach you.

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the products ordered. The recipient is responsible for these fees.

We strongly recommend including your phone number when placing an international order. This helps ensure smooth delivery and reduces the risk of your order being lost in transit.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please try the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

• Ask your local post office if they have your package

• Check with a neighbor in case the courier left the package with them

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise. If you are expecting a home delivery and you know you will not be home to accept it, use an address where you know someone will be available.

If the shipping address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or with a neighbor, get in touch with us at readbetweenlions@gmail.com with your order number and we will help.

If there was a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but please note that the new order would be at your expense.

Orders

How are your products made?

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand fulfillment partner with locations worldwide. Depending on where you are, your order is printed and shipped from the facility that can reach you most efficiently.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. Because our products are made to order and go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee any modifications after checkout. If you have an urgent concern, please contact us at readbetweenlions@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us at readbetweenlions@gmail.com.

I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at readbetweenlions@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the wrong or damaged item and we will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Product disclaimers

Sometimes there may be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. This is temporary. The printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may also notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology and the inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a mark, please wash it before reporting a problem.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note: We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed.

What is your return policy?

All Powerful Mind Club™ purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns. However, if there is something wrong with your order, such as a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at readbetweenlions@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will take care of it.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered only when a customer receives the wrong item, a damaged item, or a mislabeled item. If any of these apply to your order, please contact us at readbetweenlions@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and we will sort it out with a replacement or refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes. We accept exchanges for sizing issues on eligible apparel items within 14 days of delivery. Books and posters are not eligible for exchange.

To start your exchange, please use our Exchange Portal. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. A flat $8 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your exchange value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit.

What are the exchange requirements?

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet all of the following:

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant stains, and odors

• Merchandise must be in its original packaging with the item name, size, and color label intact

• All tags, including hangtags, must still be attached

• Items must be in a condition suitable for resale

• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange

• Books and posters are not eligible for exchange

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these requirements, including any item showing signs of wear.

What if I received a mislabeled item?

Though rare, if you receive an item that has been mislabeled, please contact us at readbetweenlions@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Where can I buy Ivy and Kem & the Seven Universal Principles?

Is the Activity Book sold separately from the book?

Yes. The Ivy and Kem & the Seven Universal Principles Activity Book is sold separately right here in the Powerful Mind Club store. It is designed as a companion to the book but can be enjoyed on its own as well.

What age is the book and Activity Book for?

Ivy and Kem & the Seven Universal Principles is written for ages 8 to 12 and is enjoyed by teens, parents, and educators as well. The Activity Book is designed for ages 6 and older. Both make great read-aloud and talk-about-it tools for families and classrooms.
