Processing Time

All orders are fulfilled within 2 to 7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that the posters in our collection are printed to order. This means they may take a little longer to fulfill than our apparel items, but the extra care is worth it.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3 to 4 business days
  • International: 5 to 15 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Where Orders Ship From

We partner with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will ship from the facility best positioned to reach you.

International Orders

Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees vary depending on your order value, destination country, and the nature of the products ordered. The recipient is responsible for any customs fees incurred.

We strongly recommend including your phone number when placing an international order. This helps ensure smooth delivery and reduces the risk of your order being delayed or lost in transit.

Where Is My Order?

If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order has not arrived, here are a few steps to try before contacting us:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email to confirm the delivery address was entered correctly
  • Check with your local post office to see if they are holding the package
  • Check with a neighbor in case the courier left it with them
  • If you are expecting a home delivery, consider using a delivery address where someone will be available to receive it -- package theft is increasingly common

If you have checked all of the above and your package is still missing, please reach out to us at readbetweenlions@gmail.com with your order number and we will be happy to help.

If there was an error in the delivery address you provided, we can send a replacement order, but please note that the cost of the replacement will be the responsibility of the customer.
